Contract cleaning is a commercial cleaning sub division; it is normally for the offices that need long term services. It can be for office buildings or for smaller offices, the contract means that the terms are up to the cleaning company and the client to decide, you can decide the number of days you want to work and the type of schedule you are comfortable with as well as any extra terms and conditions.

No Permit

You need to be sure that the service provider is the right person for the job that you need them for, but most of all you need to look into the fact if they are even legally allowed to provide cleaning services. The best way to check the authenticity of a company is through their license or permit, you should check it and have a look at the work they have provided previously. If it checks out, then get into the contract after you have made a thorough check.

Lack of Knowledge

The other thing is to make sure that the company you are hiring is knowledgeable, you can ask them multiple questions that revolve around the safety and management of the services, if they cannot comply it will be a red sign. Remember that some people can sweet talk their way through questions by making things up, so do a little research yourself. Contract cleaning is not a service where you can use people who have no knowledge for a long period of time as it can be harmful for your office environment.

Fake documentation

Fake documentation is normally the biggest giveaway of the company being a scam, if the documents are not properly attested and seem like they are not the right type, you should get them double checked and see if they are real or are a bad copy.

Bad Reviews

Bad reviews are normally a big sign that a company is a scam, if a company has bad reviews on bad reviews with only a handful of suspicious good reviews, you should check the ratings on other websites and see if the site is real. One way to check authenticity of a company is by googling the company, it will give you all the companies listed under the same number, if there is more than one, they are scams.

Looped Contracts

Beware of the looped contracts, if your contract cleaning is backed by a contract that has holes’ in it, you can be tricked into paying more or into agreed to pay double. If your signs are on it, it is a sealed deal and that is why you need to read and get your contract checked by a lawyer. According to Proactive Cleaners, the scams that use such contracts are normally knowledgeable and know how to coarse customers into signing without checking.
